Responsibilities
- First point of contact, you will establish customer relationships and follow up with customer needs and requests.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills - positive, persistent and upbeat attitude, ability to develop rapport with customers is a necessity.
- Must obtain Property and Casualty license within first 90 days of employment. Training Available.
