What You'll Do : As a Temporary Member Services Rep in Membership Administration, you will assist with processing daily tasks, assist with reports, review and update policy systems, billing and member accounts to reflect consistent information. You must keep a service-oriented attitude at all times by maintaining professional and productive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, agents, agency managers and others.
What It Takes to Join Our Team :
- High school diploma or equivalent plus three years relevant experience required. Associates Degree preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to details skills required.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
- Must know or be able to attain knowledge regarding company and state membership guidelines.
- Hours are 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm Monday through Friday, with a 45-minute lunch each day.
