Account Representative

Position: Account Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full-time & Part-time options available)
Compensation: Competitive pay
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients
✅ Assist with policy questions, quotes, and claims
✅ Manage accounts and process transactions using our computer systems
✅ Build strong relationships with clients and our team
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Property & Casualty licenses strongly preferred (but we’ll help the right candidate get licensed!)
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency with computers — experience with MS Office is preferred
✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
✔ Positive, team-oriented mindset
✔ Willingness to learn — no prior insurance experience required!
