Insurance Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while assisting them in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of various insurance products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support for clients regarding claims, policy changes, and renewals.
• Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks and benefits administration as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance products and services is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential for success in this role.
• Experience in outside sales or sales administration will be considered an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
