60,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
- Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
- Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
- Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking
- Drive sales through digital marketing, phone, events, and in-person meetings.
- Obtain Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health producer licenses.
- Work with our corporate partners in a professional setting.
- Attend marketing events to promote the Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho.
- Provide exceptional customer service and solutions, while following through on policy updates.
