Company : POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for working with new and existing brokers on coordinating enrollment, group implementation, creating proposals, processing new business, creating and finalize renewal packages, servicing accounts & educating broker / agents on insurance products.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Process all small group renewals using carrier guidelines
- Request, draft and process insurance proposals for various broker / agents.
- Educate and train broker / agents on insurance products / benefits.
- Process new group applications, contracts and other paperwork.
- Act as a liaison between carrier and Brokers resolving documentation, rate, timeliness, etc. issues
- Update and maintain electronic files
- Create renewal packages, distribute / email to brokers, mail to accounts
- Attend trade shows and agent meetings.
- Service and resolve issues with broker / agent accounts.
