ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identifies inefficiencies in product usage and processes, finding solutions that will assist the ACAs in meeting their short and long-term goals.
- Identifies key FPI (Financial Partners Inc) products and services that may be underutilized. Work with the Partner Relations team to develop a strategy to ensure these products are not overlooked.
- Works with internal business partners and ACA business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to identify business needs, solutions to meet those needs, and strategies to deploy them.
- Leads efforts to advise the support teams in gaining a solid understanding of ACA utilization of a product or service; provides troubleshooting high-level issues affecting ACA business practices.
- Takes a lead role in best practice reviews to optimize system utilization & adoption, increasing customer satisfaction.
- May provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions.
- Hosts focus groups and participate in product forums to gather information.
- Conducts product visits at the customer site to review existing products and services used.
- Provided consultative support in areas that include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft O365, Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.,), the nCino Lending platform, or Fiserv DNA (Loan Accounting platform).
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of senior level Business Analyst or Solutions Consulting within technology and / or financial services. Advanced degree a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing.
- Work independently and collaboratively to organize and manage multiple projects from inception to completion between cross functional teams with a focus towards ACA business usage and practices.
