Core Responsibilities:
- Review job descriptions, ask clarifying questions, and utilize software to match jobs to appropriate market compensation comparisons.
- Prepare reports following documented processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Create unique queries to pull data from databases to use in analysis, reviewing data to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure data consistency by recognizing and addressing data outliers and inconsistencies.
- Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in HR, compensation or a business function, or equivalent.
- Experience with market pricing jobs is a plus! If you’re not familiar with market pricing but have strong skills in analyzing job descriptions to understand their purpose and function, we’ll train you.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, graphs and charts.
- Experience with Power BI preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- General understanding of compensation fundamentals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
