Job Description
The Rural 1st Loan Officer is responsible for originating credit to their customers by assessing the request and obtaining business and financial information needed to determine the viability and profitability of the deal.
As part of the ongoing consultative relationship with our customers, the Rural 1st Loan Officer gathers and documents customer financial information and application details, in compliance with lending requirements and in coordination with Rural 1st Loan Associates.
- Develops and maintains a significant professional presence that yields sales that increase the Association's market share in the assigned territory.
- Coordinates with others to serve the customer's loan, lease, crop insurance and servicing needs.
