What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processing & Closing Specialist position at Farm Credit Northwest Florida?
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Loan Processing and Closing Specialist to join our team in the Marianna, Monticello, Tallahassee, or Milton office. In this position, you will deliver exceptional service and provide a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Farm Credit of Northwest Florida.
This position will track and review core loan file documentation, such as title insurance and appraisals, and prepare loan closing and servicing documents and disclosures for simple to complex loan transactions.
Required Qualifications :
- Motivated with an adaptive attitude of teamwork and quality workmanship
- Strong analysis, judgment, and communications (oral & written) skills
- Works independently, to be assertive and decisive in arriving at sound business decisions
- Proficient in technology with desire to learn new software programs.
- Demonstrates effective communication when dealing with internal and external customers
- Highly organized and prioritizes work in order to efficiently handle projects and activities
- Education and / or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Four to five years of lending, legal, and / or title review experience, including two or more years in a field requiring document preparation.
Preferred Qualifications
The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $56,300 and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 : 00 to 5 : 00.
