Job Summary
*Hybrid-Incumbent must work three days each week in the Omaha, NE office.*
We are searching for a Marketing Automation Strategy Manager who has a strong background in marketing automation platforms, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for enhancing customer engagement and lifecycle marketing. This role is responsible for driving automation maturity, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with best practices, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize multi-channel marketing strategies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and refine a scalable marketing automation strategy across digital channels to enhance engagement and retention.
- Establish lead scoring, engagement workflows, and collaborate on content personalization for effective automation and engagement.
- Establish and maintain segmentation and marketing database management strategies
- Assist automation strategist in the daily operation of marketing automation system, including email design and campaign creation and management.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, maintain segmentation strategies, and stay updated on automation trends.
- Educate teams on best practices, align automation efforts with business goals, and develop documentation for ongoing learning.
- Implement testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement and explore new marketing automation approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar concentration.
- 6 years of experience in marketing automation systems, account-based marketing, marketing engagement strategy.
