Director of Marketing
Farm Credit Services of Mandan is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing located in our Mandan, ND Corporate office. The Director of Marketing manages the Association’s advertising campaigns, promotional material, event sponsorship, producer education, communications, website, social media, and corporate brand.

Major/Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and initiatives that promote the association’s credit and related services
- Organize marketing activities across communities, trade shows, career events, farm forums, producer education, and other functions
- Develop and produce high quality content for customer newsletters, news releases, ag media, brochures, website, and social media
- Create and design campaign material for print and online
- Track, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making
- Openness to feedback and input from various team members
Qualifications
- College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field and 2 years related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of common agricultural practices
- Ability to plan, manage, and complete assignments
