United Farmers Cooperative is seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for repairing, servicing, and selling tires for trucks, tractors, and automobiles, both in the shop and on-site. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure equipment maintenance, and support UFC's commitment to safety and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, service, and sell all types of tires for UFC customers in-shop and on location.
- Maintain tire inventory, recommend orders, and ensure proper equipment upkeep.
- Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
- Provide technical assistance, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend appropriate tire applications.
- Adhere to company credit and safety policies while resolving customer inquiries professionally.
- Complete necessary documentation, including daily truck inspections and service logs.
- Assist in shop operations as needed and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:- Experience: 1 years of tire service experience preferred; ag background is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and previous sales experience desirable.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to complete industry training and adhere to safety regulations.
