Farm and Home Hardware is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Person & Cashier to join our team! This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes organization and front-line customer service.
🔧 Job Duties Include:
Inventory Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist with stockroom organization
- Restock shelves and ensure sales floor is properly stocked
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Answer product questions and assist with locating merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
✔️ What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Comfortable using POS and inventory systems
