Farm and Home Hardware is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Stock Associates! This temporary position is perfect for those looking to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment during our busy season. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting and restocking products.
- Support the sales team by ensuring shelves are stocked and presentable.
- Follow safety guidelines while handling merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous stock and retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
