Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor on duty.
Classification: Non-Exempt / Hourly

To provide the best customer service as possible and to support Farm & Home Supply in every aspect of the business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- To provide customers with outstanding service through friendly, quick and, efficient assistance.
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment while following loss prevention and safety procedures.
- . Attending store and job-related meetings along with completing required Outfitter trainings.
- Communicating and interacting with Customers, Management and all store employees.
- Following all applicable Company, local, state and federal guidelines.
- Ensuring that your work area has sufficient supplies to complete assigned duties.
- Able to assemble merchandise such as, grills, lawnmowers, compressors and etc.
- To conduct merchandise deliveries to customers or other F&H Supply stores.
- Drug testing will be required on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Weight lifting capability up to and including 50 lbs.
- Has high degree of stocking merchandise and Telxon gun experience.
- Ability to obtain basic knowledge of Repair Storm.
- Follow company guidelines for department merchandising and setting store ads.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes special projects directed by management and additional responsibilities may be assigned throughout the store at any given time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum Age requirement is 18 years old and must have a valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
2. Must possess great customer service and communication skills.
3. Minimum of 6 months of retail experience.
4. Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members that want to grow.

Position Wage Range: $15.00-$18.00
