- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune and trim trees and bushes to maintain their health and appearance
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as raking, shoveling, and spreading mulch or gravel
- Clean and maintain outdoor areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features or improvements
- Build and maintain Fences
- Maintain equipment
```Experience```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Familiarity with power tools used in groundskeeping activities
- Ability to operate irrigation systems effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
