Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing them with menus and information about specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage multiple tables while ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and giving change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server role within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems, specifically Toast POS is an advantage.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service.
