FRX of Ohio is currently seeking a Processing Tech at our GP!
Summary of the Role : The Processing Technician is responsible for making cannabis products with speed, quality, and accuracy, while adhering to the companies standards for manufacturing, in addition to meeting industry compliance requirements. Processing Techs are an important part of the seed-to-sale chain of production and act as the bridge from garden to store, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality finished products the company can provide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Has basic knowledge about cannabis
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, and rapidly changing environment
- Assist with pre-processing, post-processing, and packaging functions while maintaining detailed laboratory records
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Follow proper equipment use and safety policy
- Follow lab safety plan / manual and SDS manual
- Maintain laboratory equipment and utensils in sanitary, safe, and organized manner
- Maintain and update chemical and other ingredient inventories
- Ensure that the laboratory operates compliantly at all times
- Cleaning and maintenance of lab and extraction equipment;
- Performing clerical work as it pertains to concentrate lab;
- All other job duties as assigned
