We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing the company's sales force in the US. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales teams, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of sales leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field of study is required, along with 7 years of experience in MLM sales leadership, at the managerial level, with a recognizable direct sales company in the U.S.
