We are looking for a talented and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the US. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Key responsibilities include coaching and developing a team of Sales Regionals Managers & Beauty Influencers, working alongside Marketing to implement incentive strategies, leading the independent sales force to recruit and increase sales, monitoring field force perception of earning opportunity, and developing direct reports to perform in current position and be able to take higher levels of responsibility in the future.
The ideal candidate will have success working in a fast-paced startup environment, willing to roll up your sleeves when necessary to lead by example. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field of study is required, along with 7 years of experience in MLM sales leadership, at the managerial level, with a recognizable direct sales company in the U.S.
