Job Purpose

As a warehouse Associate, you'll work collaboratively with a small fun and vibrant warehouse team to prepare and/or package top quality produce! You'll have a range of other duties that help get great local food to our customers, detailed below.

Our warehouse is operational Monday - Thursday. We are looking for people to fill our morning shift.

This position pays $14.00-$15.00 per hour. We also offer great health benefits for full-time employees (32 hours per week or more). We are proud to offer a free weekly produce box to all our employees!

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you are the heart of the company because you fulfill customer orders. Your work puts delicious, local food in our customer's homes.

Our team all work together to fulfill customers' orders on time and to the highest standard. Flexibility to perform different duties around the warehouse at any given time is required for this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Commit to being a strong and reliable member of a team that is dedicated to the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Pack every box efficiently, correctly and with a high standard of quality
• Work to support the overall goals of the team
• Support an injury-free workplace
• Use good judgment in evaluating produce quality and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and workplace sanitation
• Help organize, pack, clean, and prepare for the following day
• Load and unload pack lines
• Unload and properly store inbound delivery items
• Understand and carry out all assigned duties and tasks for any and every station
• Carry out all duties, expressed or otherwise, as assigned by management
• Be available to be a back-up delivery driver

Requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible hours depending on the work load
• Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, as the warehouse temperatures will vary.
