With this opportunity, your expertise will shine by managing parts, performing efficient service call closures, and providing detailed documentation.

What Your Days Look Like

Operate on a steady schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Flex your schedule to accommodate on-call availability, including weekends.

Action on the Road

Traveling is a fundamental part of this role, covering a radius of 100 miles and sometimes wider regional journeys.

Responsibility Scope

• Deliver stellar service through installation, maintenance, and removal of beverage dispensing systems.
• Manage both routine and unscheduled service actions, including urgent troubleshooting missions.
• Integrate into the "On Call" rotation, providing after-hours and weekend support as needed.
• Oversee and adjust inventory to meet operational replenishment targets.
• Precisely complete all records, ensuring thorough tracking of service commitments.
• Plan and implement installation objectives rigorously.
• Foster open and prompt communication with partners and clientele.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for leadership.
• Adhere to established service agreements with consistency.
• Manage priorities effectively under demanding situations.

Educational & Skill Prerequisites

• Basic education of high school diploma or GED is necessary.
• Three-year foundation in mechanical or technical roles is essential.
• Advantageous to have exposure to food service sectors.
• Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC sectors preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willing to navigate extensive branch-driven travel.
• Mastery of problem-solving with adept equipment diagnostics.
• Aptitude to handle loads up to 60 pounds frequently.
