The position will

The position will
- Operate and manage the truck scale and associated software.
- Ensure accurate weighing of materials entering and exiting the plant.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and weights.
- Coordinate with teams throughout the plant to streamline incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Develop, implement and uphold strict safety and operational procedures around the scale area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scale operations promptly.
- Monitors system performance and reports on scale activity, discrepancies and other metrics as required to support operations and management needs.
- Trains new staff on scale operation, procedures and compliance.
