How this Role Will Be Impactful This role works in a production area processing poultry product(s). It requires working with live poultry, raw and/or cooked products. Typical assignments may include live hang, evisceration, debone, cut up, marinating, stack off, Polybag, Retail, Warehouse and more. Usually works five to six days a week; overtime will be required based on production needs
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Scan pallets to accurately capture proper case count, weights and dates.
- Documents numbers and codes per-pallet. Creates label for pallet when applicable.
- Ensures all paperwork is completed in accordance with established time frames or record keeping requirements.
- Verifies pallets and labels are correct and sent to the right destination.
- Other duties, as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
- Willing to work as part of a team.
- Regular and reliable attendance required / Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Jack operator license
- Takes the initiative and pro-actively seeks to resolve issues independently when discovered.
- Willing to work occasional overtime, including weekends, as required.
- Must comply with all safety rules and instructions
Working Environment:
Work conducted primarily in a manufacturing/production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varied heat, wet and cold of the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.

What You Bring to the Role
- Ability to learn/ perform all duties
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Related experience preferred but not required
- Able to pass SVO pre-employment/post offer checks
- Must have eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to work all assigned shifts, including overtime and some weekends
