Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly
Description
Sierra Ready Mix is seeking to fill a Loader Operator position at our location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to all MSHA and company Safety standards
- Operate skid steer to clean the site and roads
- Grease bearings and perform basic repair and maintenance
- Option to run larger equipment or operate control tower depending on aptitude and ability
- Act as an aide to the Plant operator
- Ability to operate a yard loader, front end loader, and other heavy equipment.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Experience operating equipment
- Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and maintain a good attendance record.
- Must be able to work as a team on all projects
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel/work out of town
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
