Night Shift Shop Foreman
Capital Equipment is looking to fill a Night Shift Shop Foreman at our maintenance shop in Jefferson City. This position is responsible for the operation and management of multi-shift (night and weekend) crews to ensure fleet maintenance operations are performing at optimal levels and quality standards are being met. This position will oversee our night shift and weekend crew mechanics who perform the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of heavy/dirt equipment and trucks.
Night Shift: 10-hour shifts/some weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and train shop mechanics and technicians
- Assign tasks, create work schedules, and evaluate staff performance.
- Monitor shop operations to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules for fleet.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and oversee or perform necessary repairs on fleet.
- Operate specialized tools and design/fabricate components when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Supervisor/management experience
- Fleet maintenance and mechanical knowledge.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools is a plus (Davie, TEXA)
- Must be able to trouble shoot and repair engine, transmission, and electrical issues
- Must be able to work flexible hours/some weekends
- Obtain a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screen
