With a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we’re seeking an experienced Utility/ Pipe Foreman to oversee and coordinate the installation of underground utilities for infrastructure projects, including storm drains, sanitary sewers, and culverts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe installation, team leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew in underground drainage, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Oversee layout, excavation, grading, and pipe placement to maintain proper alignment and quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Operate and supervise the use of heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, and trenchers.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in underground installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
- Skills and Certifications (Preferred):
- Strong knowledge of pipe installation techniques and safety practices.
- OSHA 30 certification or similar safety credentials.
- Confined space entry and heavy equipment operator certifications are a plus.
- Other:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
