Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting bakery items.
- Provide information about products, such as ingredients, flavors, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Bakery Operations:
- Prepare bakery items such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to recipes and guidelines.
- Package and label bakery items appropriately.
- Ensure freshness and quality of all bakery products.
Stock Management:
- Stock shelves and display cases.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock items.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including countertops, equipment, and display cases.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling practices are followed
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure efficient operation of the bakery.
- Support colleagues during busy periods or special events.
Qualifications:
