About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our Nursery Team for the busy spring and summer seasons. If you love working outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and helping customers create beautiful spaces, this is the place for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers with questions, purchases, and plant care advice
• Unload, tag, and organize trees, shrubs, roses, and perennials
• Water, maintain, and monitor plant health daily
• Keep the nursery area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Identify basic plant issues such as pests, diseases, or watering needs
• Create a positive shopping experience with friendly, professional service
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, bend, and stand for long periods
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Good communication skills and a team-player mentality
• Passion for plants or gardening (a bonus, but we’ll teach you too!)
