Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute innovative plans to increase traffic, sales, and profitability.
- Lead Campaigns: Plan and oversee impactful marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal activities.
- Analyze Markets: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage the Brand: Ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to align strategies with business objectives.
- Track Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Develop loyalty-building initiatives and improve the customer experience.
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate relationships with vendors to optimize co-op marketing resources.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets for cost-effective resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead internal staff and external service providers to create and execute marketing assets, promotional activities, and employee training programs.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience working in a retail environment management role.

Job Type – FT Exempt
Compensation: $60,000/yr. Bonus
