About the Role:

The Assistant Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the driver teams in Boston, Philadelphia and Washington DC, ability to travel 30-40% of the time. In our start-up environment, every day will bring on something new, you’ll handle driver training, supervision, driver badging, ensuring safe and timely deliveries, and helping with expansion into new markets. The role will also include vehicle and facility oversight and maintenance in the Northeast market, and cover routes and any other tasks as needed.

The typical shift for this position is Wednesday through Sunday, 3am to 11am, but will need flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervision of hourly employees, cross-docks, and vehicles

• Continuous Improvement
• Giving feedback on current delivery processes including SOP updates, training, and driver experience
• Ability to cover routes as needed, perform tech work and audit fridge and route compliance
• Ensure badging compliance for all drivers where applicable and manage access issues to resolution
• Perform dry runs as needed for upcoming fridge launches
• Airport Signatory and Driver Badging

What are we looking for you to have as a Distribution Supervisor?

• Experience managing team members in an operations/warehouse and remote setting
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of Google Suite of products and/or Microsoft Office, Zendesk, Slack, CMS, Asana, Salesforce, UKG, and LogiNext
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time to remote locations

The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for company performance-based/performance (sales) bonuses and equity.
