Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist clients with policy information, coverage details, billing questions, and claims processing.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations as needed.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, setting appointments, and following up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the agency’s management system.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person visits efficiently.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
- Stay up to date with insurance products, services, and industry trends.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
