Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ability to work well with other team members
-Communicate effectively with team members
-Installation and excavation of swimming pools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
-Oversee the growth and development of all team members.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during construction project
-Experience in general plumbing
-Experience in general construction and build trades.
-Some electrical experience
-Experience with basic hand tools, power tools and the ability to use elevation tools
