- Farmers Insurance is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team. We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to take control of their life and financial future and become an agency owner with Farmers Insurance. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and financial assistance we provide.
- Because everyone is at a different point in their career journey, we offer multiple entry points into becoming an Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance :
- Retail Program : Similar to starting a franchise, you start with a branded office location and staff. Retail agents receive extensive training support through the process and the best bonus opportunities available to Farmers Agent Owners. You’ll be eligible to earn bonuses on top of commission. Proof of financial assets is required.
- Acquisition Program : Purchase an established Farmers Insurance Agency with a client / income base in place. You’ll benefit from extensive training and support as well as generous bonus opportunities.
- Protégé Program : This program is designed for young entrepreneurs wanting to establish a business early in their career. This program provides access to a 12-month development program that will provide an opportunity to become an agent with Farmers. You will work for a mentor agency owner and have access to resources that can help you establish the skills and experience that will ensure your future success, while learning the business. This program does not require financial assets. Income opportunity is lower with the Protege Program.
