DO YOU ENJOY SOLVING PROBLEMS?
The position provides system / application administration and proactive support of the IT environment in a customer focused environment. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, requiring coordination with other administrators. Independently, and with teammates, will determine and develop solutions to situations. Thorough understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts is needed along with general knowledge of other related disciplines. Performs duties as a Support Engineer through a team approach in support of the infrastructure operations, hardware, software and mobile devices. Works as a Project Manager when given duties and responsibilities to lead projects from start to finish.
