Job Summary
The Branch Banking Coordinator (BBC) within Branch Banking is responsible for supporting the Director of Branch Banking (DBB) and Chief Banking Officer (CBO). The responsibilities will include creating formal bank-wide communication, PowerPoint presentations and project support. This position will require a high level of confidentiality and strong organizational skills to create efficient operations and workflow. The BBC will act as a key point of contact for administrative needs within Branch Banking. It will require knowledge of the source reports available to develop and measure KPM’s and Net Promoter Scores. The BBC must possess the skills needed to consolidate information into reporting that adds value to the DBB and CBO. This position requires strong judgment, interpersonal communication, initiative, and leadership skills. The Branch Banking Coordinator may be required to provide support to the Branch Banking Talent Manager and periodically travel to each of the Bank’s locations.
Essential Duties
• Supports the sales and referral tracking resources and reports.
• Ability to assist branches with large relationship supersedes and implementation of Treasury Management services.
• Creates PowerPoint presentations for DBB/CBO as needed for bank meetings, management/board reports.
• Create and maintain Branch Banking Department reporting/tracking documents.
• Tracks vacation schedules for Branch Management and Branch Operations.
• Updates Branch Banking Scorecards monthly.
• Maintains Branch Banking intranet site.
• Collecting and consolidating Saturday management schedules.
• Generating the weekly pipeline reports to track business development activities for the Sr. Banking Relationship Specialists and branches.
• Schedule and facilitate/participate in Regional and Branch Manager meetings.
• Support the Branch Banking Talent Manager with onboarding and training coordinator for branch hiring.
• On behalf of the DBB/CBO, communicate with branch management and conduct surveys to identify opportunities to create efficiency and areas of opportunity in training.
• Support department projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain department reporting tools related to client service and business development.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned by Management.
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.
