GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for initiating and supporting relationships with the Hispanic community in which we conduct business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Hispanic businesses and customers to secure their business and support their needs.
Support Treasury Services to bring in new business in all Markets.
Plan and conduct meetings in multiple markets to evangelize the Bank's support for the Hispanic Community.
Sell and/or cross-sell all banking products.
Travel to other Markets to conduct sales calls and support staff/customer needs on a weekly basis.
Work with Marketing to ensure a regular cadence of Spanish-language postings as well as branch supplies and advertising.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college.
EXPERIENCE GENERAL
3 years related experience and/or training.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to other markets. Must be extremely fluent in both English and Spanish.
