Description/Job Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining and delivering office supplies and ensuring smooth facilities operations at branches served.
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Delivers inter-office mail, office supplies, and other items to designated areas at various branch locations. This duty is performed daily.
2. Monitors performance and regular servicing of vehicles. This duty is performed daily.
3. Process incoming and out-going postage and provide basic maintenance of supply replenishment to postage machine; track levels and order postage as required. This duty is performed daily.
4. Assists in coordination of facility maintenance, including general site maintenance, moving and reconfiguring office furniture and equipment, and performing branch maintenance at all locations. This also includes responding to phone calls requesting maintenance and scheduling needed maintenance. This duty is performed daily.
5. Maintain inventory control of office supplies, ordering supplies as needed and/or requested. This duty is performed daily.
6. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Bank's insurance carrier.

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, talk or hear; frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
