We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Banking Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their banking needs.
Responsibilities
- Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
- Provide information on financial services and products available to customers.
- Utilize financial software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations while ensuring customer confidentiality.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction.
Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in financial services or banking is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are necessary for success in this role.
- Bilingual Preferred: Ability to speak Spanish in addition to English is preferred but not required.
