JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing bank transactions for Farmers Bank (“Bank”) customers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Process customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
· Handle customer complaints and work through sensitive issues until resolved.
· Perform data entry to complete reporting requirements.
· Ensure currency and coin requirements, limitations, regulations and provisions are maintained.
· Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and fellow team members.
· Know the identity of your customers to reduce fraud and risk of loss to the Bank.
· Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of basic teller functions.
· Support the Bank’s overall mission, standards, ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
· Drive-thru teller: ensure transactions are completed in a quick, efficient manner.
· Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines in accordance with Bank policy.
· Maintain strict control and security of cash under your supervision.
· Sell official checks and other Bank products and services.
· Maintain policy and procedures as defined by management.
· Assist with customer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
· Assist customers with opening new accounts, closing accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, debit card issues, changes of address, and other operational duties as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
