Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and ongoing service.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, life, and business insurance products.
- Conduct policy reviews and offer recommendations to ensure appropriate coverage and protection.
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement.
- Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes to build confidence and understanding.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales platforms to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and track performance metrics.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by the agency through consistent activity and closing strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge through continuing education and training.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.
Requirements
- Possession of a Property & Casualty Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one), Licensing Assistance Available.
- Possession of a Life & Health Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one), Licensing Assistance Available.
- Demonstrated success in sales, especially in insurance sales, is beneficial.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging and motivating others.
- Must have effective organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software tools.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth.
