Training and Learning: Engage in a thorough training initiative to become skilled in insurance products, industry rules, and our agency's procedures.- Customer Interaction: Help clients choose suitable insurance plans by understanding their unique requirements, presenting quotes, and providing expert advice.
- Policy Administration: Manage policy renewals, updates, and address customer inquiries to ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Sales Assistance: Collaborate with seasoned agents to acquire effective sales techniques and tactics, aiming to surpass sales goals.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Handle tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and upkeep of client files.

Requirements
