As a Sales Account Executive, you will spearhead efforts to develop and grow a territory for our cutting-edge soil testing solutions. This role is tailor-made for a "hunter" - someone passionate about identifying B2B opportunities, closing deals, and delivering long-term value for clients.

Whether you bring expertise from technology, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, environmental sciences, or another complex industry, your ability to drive sales growth and your enthusiasm for learning will pave the way for success in this exciting opportunity.

Remote Location: Ideally located in Iowa, but we strongly encourage applications from candidates in surrounding states.

*Travel: Regular day to day travel with occasional overnights.

What You'll Do:

  • Territory Growth: Develop and expand a client base by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Create Value: Understand client needs deeply to deliver tailored, impactful solutions that drive success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Proactive Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A strong history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Hunter Mindset: A self-starter with a passion for identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Prospecting Experience: Confidence and success in prospecting through cold calls and other direct outreach methods to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Multi-Industry Perspective: Experience in agronomy or soil sciences is a plus, but we welcome candidates from technology, environmental science, pharmaceuticals, or other industries with complex solution sales expertise.

  • The base salary range is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually plus annual bonuses. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
