Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, and present customized solutions
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients to maximize their coverage and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: Active General Lines Property and Casualty license. This is a MUST.
- MUST HAVE or BE WILLING TO OBTAIN: Life, Health, Accident, and HMO license
- PREFERRED: Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience
- MUST HAVE: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- MUST HAVE: Strong self-motivation, drive, and goal-oriented mindset
- MUST HAVE: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MUST BE ABLE TO: Pass a background check
