Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirement

  • Previous Farmers Insurance or State Farm Insurance experience preferred
  • Bilingual- English and Spanish is required
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual and pay for licensing
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • MINIMUM of 2 year work experience in an office environment or sales environment
  • In office is required
