Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with making payments, processing policy changes, submitting claims, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customer pending cancellations, missing documents, and policy reviews on renewals.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or cross-sell additional products / services
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product / service offerings
