The Organization :

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and business-minded individual to join Farmers Insurance! You will perform activities from recruiting new hires to office management work. You will gain access to Farmers' elite training programs to help you succeed!

Responsibilities :

  • Business administration
  • Consulting with clients in office or home visits
  • Reviewing insurance policies for accuracy and effectiveness
  • Managing staff

  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure best customer service is delivered
  • Ability to lead a team using own initiative and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with sales agents

    • Job Requirements :

  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license, and Life and Health Insurance license.
  • 2 to 4 years of sales experience required. Insurance industry work experience preferred.
  • Successful track record in previous / current field of employment
  • Responsible driving record
  • Good credit history
  • No criminal convictions, felonies or misdemeanors within 10 years
