Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems for managing candidate information.
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with educational institutions.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through networking and referrals.
- Perform internal recruiting by identifying talent within the organization for open positions.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate employment offers and terms with selected candidates.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and fit within the organization.
Skills
- Proficiency in using Kronos for workforce management is preferred.
- Strong experience in sales techniques to effectively promote job opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and the organization.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws to ensure compliance during hiring processes.
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with internal recruiting practices to leverage existing talent within the company.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive approach to lead generation and networking within industry circles.
