You need 6 months customer facing experience in Life insurance sales. Farmers Insurance District Office wants you to assist Agents build Life insurance policies within their existing book of business. You would utilize the Farmers brand and warm leads provided by the Agency.

Responsibilities
- Work inside 5 to 7 various Farmers District agency offices selling life insurance
- Work independently to cross-sell to existing agency customers from each agency book of business
- Present and explain life insurance policies based on clients needs and their personal goals
- Prospect and generate new business through referrals and other lead sources from the Agency
- Assist agencies to meet life production goals and objectives established between you and the Agent
- Follow up with customers assuring satisfaction, solicit further sales and respond to life inquiries
- Create a team mentality with each agency
Requirements
- Possess active General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO Texas insurance license
- 6 months customer facing life insurance sales experience required
- Work in various District agency offices: Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30pm
- Be able to pass a state, federal and county criminal background and credit check
